WHAT TO TRY / WHAT TO EXPECT

Expect a busy but well-organised gym, especially during after-work hours. Early mornings and mid-day sessions are the best times for quieter training. Group classes are available, but the gym also works very well for independent workouts if you prefer to train on your own.
