SOBY

SOBY is a modern Asian-fusion restaurant and café directly on the Poniente seafront. Its location on Avenida de la Armada Española gives it a very different setting from many of Benidorm’s Asian restaurants, combining Japanese and Pan-Asian food with views across Poniente Beach.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This gives it more variety than a conventional sushi bar and makes it easier for groups where everyone wants something different.

The long opening day is another useful feature. You can visit for breakfast by the sea, have lunch during a break from work or come back for dinner and cocktails around sunset.
