Sushiness

Sushiness is a casual Japanese and Asian food spot located on Calle del Mercat in Benidorm Old Town. Its central position makes it particularly convenient for anyone living or staying around the historic centre, with the market area, shops and seafront all within easy walking distance.

WHAT TO EXPECT

The menu offers considerably more choice than sushi rolls alone. There are maki, uramaki, nigiri, sashimi and temaki, together with larger combination boxes that make it easy to sample several different styles in one order. Salmon, tuna, prawn, eel, avocado and cucumber appear across the selection.

Poke bowls provide a more substantial alternative, including salmon and chicken versions with ingredients such as edamame, avocado, mango, cucumber and wakame. Other options currently include steamed dishes, Japanese drinks and mochi.

For remote workers, Sushiness is especially practical as a quick lunch or takeaway option rather than somewhere that needs to become an occasion.
